2. Approval & Permitting

3. Foundation & Framing

• With the permits in hand, we begin with the foundation and framing of your tiny home. This stage establishes the structure, ensuring a solid base for the next steps.

4. Interior Construction & Finishing

• After the frame is up, we move on to the interior—installing walls, floors, plumbing, electrical systems, and all the high-quality finishes that make your tiny house feel like home. You’ll have regular updates to ensure everything is exactly as you envisioned.

5. Final Inspection & Move-In

• Before handing over your new tiny home, we perform a thorough final inspection to ensure everything meets our rigorous standards and your expectations. Once everything is approved, your home is ready to move-in!
