Chuck is the nuts and bolts guy for Tiny Homes Raleigh. He has been in the construction business for 35 years and has done many renovations, additions, and commercial up-fits throughout the years. Chuck moved to Raleigh with his parents in 1981 from Windber, PA.

Chuck has a wonderful wife Hannah, two beautiful daughters, and a precious granddaughter. Chuck is a motivator and extremely experienced in building and remodeling. He also owns Falls Contracting, LLC in Raleigh and is well known and respected in the area.

Chuck keeps busy playing with his band, The Leftovers, and runs the Pittsburgh Steelers fan club at the Hibernian Pub in North Raleigh. Chuck has a passion for tiny homes and with the designs from Dexter and Hailey, he makes them come to life.

Born and raised in Raleigh, Hailey Shomo graduated from NC State with a degree in Communications - Public Relations.

In 2020, she moved back home to Raleigh from Atlanta, GA, and like many people, Hailey wanted to leave the corporate world to pursue something bigger. Hailey has always had a passion for art and design, now she’s able to incorporate that passion into the design of our tiny homes.

Hailey enjoys spending her free time with her friends by going to concerts, sports games, restaurants/breweries, and traveling. Sports were a big part of her life growing up, so she puts that enthusiasm into supporting local teams. You can always count on Hailey to attend NC State Football games, Carolina Hurricanes games, and Durham Bulls games!

Stephanie is originally from Indiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Palm Beach Atlantic University. After graduating, she relocated to the Raleigh area.

In 2016 Stephanie entered the real estate industry as a broker, and later established her own home staging business. She has always had a passion for design and has developed a particular interest in tiny homes. Stephanie joined the tiny house team in January 2023.

In her free time, she enjoys playing golf, taking on DIY projects, and spending quality time with her family.
